As dryfruits and seeds are natural products, slight variations in size, color, or texture may occur.
Due to the nature of food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
Please check your order details carefully before placing it.
Orders will be processed only after full payment/confirmation is received.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Standard delivery time: 5–7 working days (depending on your location).
Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
We do not take responsibility for delays caused by third-party courier services.
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photo proof.
After verification, we will offer a replacement only if the claim is valid.
